Dubai is a country which consists of different people from different country .Now a strict federal rule has been posted against them. According to this if you show your middle finger or if you kiss in public place or if you hug anybody in public immediately they will be send home with immediate effect. If the same mistake is been made by Dubai resident he will be put into jail or has to pay fine.
So the government advocate has asked the migrants to behave properly in the public places.
