“Tips to keep your health fit”

The food which each person takes differs from each one with respect to their ages. Especially small children if they didn’t get the food which they want they will split the house into two. These are some of the tips for both adults and children to keep their health fit

i) Whether they are child or adult they shouldn’t skip there morning breakfast

ii)Whatever food you take it should definitely have some nutrient contain

iii)Food which is prepared for school going children should definitely have protein, calcium and iron in it.

iv) Men and women who like to have stability in their weight should definitely add salad, fruits, and vegetables in their routine food.

v)Food has to be taken in a slow and stable manner and not rush your food.

vi)After eating food definitely one should not go for sleep.

vii)Eating foods at different time may have a bad influence in our body so try to keep a regular time for eating.
